How do I place an order?

Shopping online is easy!

1. Place products in your shopping cart by selecting the size and number of items and then click "Add to Cart".

2. When you're ready to purchase, click "Check Out".

3. If you are a returning customer, simply log in and select your payment method and shipping address. We do not save credit card information for security reasons. You will be required to re-enter your credit card information each time you place an order.

Can I purchase items in Canadian Dollars?

No. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency and are calculated per order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Applicable sales tax is added to all orders shipped to addresses in California, Connecticut, D.C., Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Florida, and West Virginia.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You may purchase with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. All charges are payable to Adform Advertising LLC and will appear that way on your credit card statement. Personal checks, purchase orders and money orders are not acceptable payment methods at this time.

What does the charge show up as on my credit card statement?

The charge will show up as "Adform 800-345-3543" on your credit card statement. You may not recognize this right away as being a purchase of JerrDan items, however, DO NOT DISPUTE this with your credit card company! Contact Adform about it first so we can confirm the charge is valid and forward a copy of your order if necessary. If you dispute/refuse the charge Adform Advertising, LLC dba. adform creative reserves the right to charge $45.00 for the dispute process.

Do you store my credit card information?

Although order details such as your billing and shipping address are saved, credit card numbers are NOT saved in our system.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

Upon order placement, you will receive an emailed confirmation from the Company Store indicating your order details.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please call Customer Service at 800-345-3543 between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on your order's status.

How do I check status of my order?

You can track your order status 24/7 on the website by going to the order status page. Or you may request information about your order by contacting us. Please include your order number so we can help you more quickly and accurately.

How do I change the shipping address of my order?

To change the shipping address of an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us, between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday. We will make every attempt to revise the ship-to address, depending on your order's status.

What is the method of shipment?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. International orders will ship USPS International Airmail or UPS Air.

When will my order ship?

All items ship within 2 business days after order placement. We work very hard to limit backorders, but occasionally a backorder may occur. In such cases customers receive an email or phone call to notify them of the backorder and provide an estimated delivery date. Once the item is in stock and ready for shipment it will be shipped. International shipments require additional processing and transit time.

Where do you ship?

We can ship products to most destinations worldwide. Certain restrictions may apply on shipping conditions to some locations. If you need to place an order that must ship outside the US, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Who pays customs and import duties for packages sent to Canada/International, etc?:

• Shipments to Canada/International locations are subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are levied once the package reaches that destination.

• Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

• Gifts sent internationally will incur duties and taxes that will be charged to the customer.

• As the purchaser of the product to be shipped, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations as required by Canada or other International locations. International shipments will not be shipped until all inventory is available.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

Returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise, or if you did not receive the correct product ordered. Only unworn, unused items in their original condition may be refunded or exchanged for up to 30 days of purchase. If your item fits these criteria, contact us and we will provide you with an RMA # for your return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift certificate number, in the amount of the return, that can be used on future purchases on this store. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced, with no additional shipping charge.

Shipping charges on item(s) returned due to customer error (wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.) are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges are accepted on APPAREL ITEMS ONLY. Exchanges will be accepted only on unworn, unused garments, in their original condition for which you need another size and must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If your item fits these criteria, contact us. We will provide you with an RMA # for your return. Upon receipt and inspection of your item(s) the replacement item(s) will be shipped.
